Regolamento REMIT

REMIT è il Regolamento (UE) 1227/2011 concernente l’integrità e la trasparenza del mercato dell’energia all'ingrosso, inteso a prevenire manipolazioni sui mercati dell’energia e
insider trading.

In applicazione dell’Articolo 4 del REMIT, TAP pubblica di seguito gli urgent market messages (UMMs).

      As of start of commercial operations of the IP Komotini, TAP will be offering: Forward Firm Exit Capacity, Commercial Reverse Capacity (Commercial Reverse Route 2 and 3) and Forward Day-Ahead Interruptible Capacity on the PRISMA platform. The Commercial Reverse Route 2 product will be offered through a single auction as a combination of the entry capacity at the IP of Melendugno and the exit capacity at IP of Komotini. The Commercial Reverse Route 3 product will be offered through a single auction as a combination of the entry capacity at the IP of Nea Mesimvria and the exit capacity at IP of Komotini.

In order to ensure reliable gas deliveries until the ongoing tendering process is completed, TAP is extending the existing gas supply agreement for commercial operations by 3 months, up to 31 December 2022

      Please note that, the Forward Day-Ahead Interruptible Capacity for the IP of Nea Mesimvria in the Entry Direction (Nea Mesimvria Virtual Entry) that TAP will make available in the interruptible slot on the PRISMA Capacity Booking platform, for the following gas days, will be as follows: Gas Day 25/07/2022: 33 GWh/d; Gas Day 26/07/2022: 22 GWh/d; from Gas Day 27/07/2022 to and included Gas Day 29/07/2022: 11 GWh/d.

Further relevant information, including timing for the execution of the Back-up Allocation Process will be communicated to all Registered Parties via email.
