Regolamento REMIT

REMIT è il Regolamento (UE) 1227/2011 concernente l’integrità e la trasparenza del mercato dell’energia all'ingrosso, inteso a prevenire manipolazioni sui mercati dell’energia e
insider trading.

In applicazione dell’Articolo 4 del REMIT, TAP pubblica di seguito gli urgent market messages (UMMs).

      In line with TAP’s applicable regulatory framework, please note that no capacity is available to be offered by TAP as Forward Firm Yearly Capacity at TAP Interconnection Points of Kipoi, Nea Mesimvria and Melendugno during the upcoming annual auction. At the IP Komotini, TAP will offer capacity in the regular annual auction up to gas year 2029/2030 to enable potential allocation of bundled capacity in the future Binding Phase for incremental capacity via an alternative allocation mechanism.

      Due to an unexpected issue that occurred during the Firm Day-Ahead product’s auction at the IP of Kipoi for Gas Day 01 July 2023, TAP will activate the “Back-up Capacity Allocation Process” as defined in TAP Network Code Article 6.1 (e) to allow Registered Parties to reserve Firm Day-Ahead capacity for Gas Day 01 July 2023. The auction will start at 17:30 UTC and last for 30 minutes in accordance to the ENTSOG Auction Calendar, the auction will be managed through the application of Uniform Price Auction Algorithm. In order to participate to the auction the Registered Parties shall send to commercial.operation@tap-ag.com the “Capacity Booking Request Form” duly completed and signed by an authorised legal representative latest by 18:00 UTC. The relevant auction details as well as the Capacity Booking Request Form are published on TAP Corporate website at the following link: https://www.tap-ag.com/shippers/capacity-booking

      Outcome of the first Binding Phase of the 2021 Incremental Capacity Process for TAP, SRG and DESFA. TAP, SRG and DESFA would like to confirm that the first binding phase of the 2021 Market Test has been concluded. The binding bids received during the Bid Submission Window have passed Economic Viability Tests. On this basis, TAP will proceed with the first level of Expansion, as per the Project Proposal for the 2021 Incremental Capacity Process. Capacity is allocated as indicated below: IP of Kipoi, Entry TAP, Aggregate Capacity allocated 32,829,131 kWh/d, Period 01/01/26-31/12/28. IP of Nea Mesimvria, Exit DESFA and Entry TAP, Aggregate Capacity allocated 5,000,000 kWh/d, Period 01/10/26-30/09/33. IP of Relievi Roskovec, Exit TAP, Aggregate Capacity allocated 5,000,000 kWh/d, Period 01/10/26-30/09/33. IP of Melendugno, Exit TAP and Entry SRG, Aggregate Capacity allocated 32,829,131 Period 01/01/26-31/12/28.
